My quiltguild 20 years jubilee project:
Finally I can show you my main project throughout last winther . Design is Bunny Hill design. It is a co project together with my mother. My mother, 82 years old, has done the stitching and I have done the rest. The quilting is done beautifully by Merete Ellingsen. It has been a lot of work but I have loved it. I have used fabric from Peace on Earth by Moda and it is leftovers from my Mysteriquilt finished in may. We where 6 ladies in my quiltguild to finish this Jubilee project and for me it has been a blast thought I would loved to have had a little bit more time ;-))


Kristiansand Quilteklubbs 20 års jubileums prosjekt:
Endelig kan jeg vise dere prosjektet som jeg stort sett har brukt sist vinter på. Design: Bunny Hills Design. Jeg har gjordt dette prosjektet sammen med min mor 82 år gammel. Min mor har tatt seg av broderingen og jeg har tatt meg av aplikasjonen. Quilltingen er nyderlig utført av Merete Ellingsen.
Det har vært mye jobb men også mye gøy. Stoffene Peace on Earth/ moda er rester etter mitt Mysteryquilt prosjekt som jeg avslutte i mai.
Vi var 6 damer som fullførte dette prosjektet i klubben og det kommer til å bli flott å vise fram disse på jubileumsutstillingen vår til klubben i oktober.

For et par dager siden fant en overraskelse i postkassen min fra Melanie i England.
Hun er en fantastisk skjønn dame som tenker mer på andre enn seg selv. Tusen tusen takk Melanie. Fingerbøll samlingen min øker kjapt takket være Melanie;-))

I have started a new prosjekt A tisket a tasket from Bunny Hills Design

I have been busy with life lately so my blogg has not been my first priorety but I am still here.
I am slowly starting a new project which have been running for almost a hole year by Bunny Hills Design. We are about 10-12 ladies in my quiltguild who makes this and we are supposed to be finished by next summer.
This Bom also includes som stitchery and I intend to ask my mother to help me out. She makes the most wonderful stitches and it is my intention to give her something she loves to do and maybe some boring wintermounths will pass a little bit easier for her ;-)
I have used my leftovers from my Mysteryproject and it is a delight to work with Moda's Peace on earth again..
I have my mother visiting this weekend and I am looking forward to spend some time with her. She is incrediable to be 82 years old and her head is clear as the sky!!
