This table runner is made from leftovers from my Mystery Quilt 2013/Fatquartershop.

Designer Mystery quilt 2013 is finished :-)

Finally a finish in my Designer Mystery quilt 2013. It is a BOM by Fatquarter shop.
This quilt has been waiting a long time and the only thing that was missing was the binding. This weekend we were at the cabin and I had one goal and it was to finish my Designer Mystery quilt 2013. I am very happy to say that I accomplished my goal !! I am doing the happy dans :-)
Quiltén in Arendal has done the quilting and it is done so beautifully!!
The fabric are Avalon by Fig Tree Co. I have lots of scraps, I really must find something nice to make of this wonderful scraps ..

I am trying to use some scraps from my Mystery quilt :-) 

My Mysteryquilt topp 2013 is finished today !

I am doing a small happy dance :-) 

This was a good one to finish. 

It has been a wonderful thing to be a part of Fatquartershops Bom 2013. 

I have signed up for 2014 and my first block , the finishing kit and the backing has arrived already. I just had to finish this before starting up with block number 1. 

Block #12 in my Mystery BOM

Block #12 is finished and it is time to pull  out the finishing kit from Fatquartershop. Joho :-) 

Block #10 and 11 in my Mystery BOM

I have Finished block #10 and 11. Very happy to catch up on the Bom again. 

Waiting for block  #12 to end up in my mailbox, it will be the last block in the Mysteri BOM Of 2013 from Fatquarter shop. 

Fabrics are Avalon from Moda. I have lot of leftovers and I am looking forward to play with them later on. Maybe a new bag or I think they will look good in some place mates too. 

A summer table, love it !! It is so good to finally have some sunny days :-) 

Today I try to find upside down on my Swoon project. Hmmmm what is Color 1 and what is Color 2??? I guess I need some lunch before I can continue :-)) 

My very first Swoon block :-)

Here is my very first Swoon block.. Designer Camille Roskelley.
Swoon has been on my plan for a while and I have prepared myself by watching Camille Roskelley Craftsy class for Swoon.
You can find the link to her classes here. I thought that I also bought here pattern for Swoon when I purchased her class but it turned not so. I bought the PDF pattern at Fatquarter shop and if you have a account at Fatquarter shop then you can download the pattern unlimited, very convenient :-)
I am so into blue and cold beige for the moment it almost scares me. I might brighten up this Swoon quilt by putting in some soft pink and rose fabric. What do you think ?
How many block have I planed to make, ehh I do not know. I am just enjoying myself.

For the first time in over 2 month´s we have had some sunshine today. Yeah…
I had a lovely walk in the " Baneheia" with my sweet friend Linda. Thank you Linda for being patient with me :-)

Block # 8 and 9 for the Designer Mystery quilt is done too.
I am now waiting for block # 10to arrive, yohoooo I have catched up !

BOM rehab ..

The Mystery quilt for 2013 Block #5, 6 and 7 are finished today. Now I am waiting for block #8, its a little bit late this month ?? Have anyone else received block #8 ??
I was way behind but I had a plan to catch up today and made it.. Now it is just the Merry Merry Snowmen project that I am behind with. I hope to catch up there too, maybe tomorrow ??
I love the word "BOM rehab" . I saw it at Messy Karens blogg and I thought it said it all..
"Quilt Republic" is another word that I love !

I dag har sydd 3 nye blokker i min Mysteri quilt: nummer 5,6 og 7. Nå venter jeg bare på blokk 8 som er litt sent ute denne måneden. Jeg håper den kommer snart..
Jeg har vært litt streng med meg selv og sagt at jeg ikke får begynne på noe nytt før jeg er ajour med prosjektene mine.
Nå er det bare Merry merry snowmen prosjektet som jeg har litt igjen på.. Kanskje i morra ??
Jeg fant ordet "BOM rehab" på Messy Karens blogg og fant ut det var en flott måte å si ting på som egentlig sa det meste :-)

As you can see: We have enough snow for the moment !! Right now it is raining so it might get very interesting tomorrow. Other parts of Norway are experiences very dry conditions and there has been some sever fires and some families have lost their homes...

Som dere ser er det mer enn nok snø på sørlandet!! Akkurat nå regner det så dette kan bli morsomt etterhvert.
Andre steder i landet vårt er det knusktørt og det er hverfall ingen ønske situasjon etter alle de brannene vi har hatt hvor mange har mistet hjemmene sine og er blitt evakuert.

At the sewingroom it is all about Indigo Crossing. :-)

Jeg ble ferdig med blokk nummer 3 og 4 i Designer Mysteryquilt og er klar for nummer 5 som kommmer i oktober.

Flott interiør butikk Heimil på Rauland, her kommer jeg til å ta turen flere ganger.
Kanskje godt den ligger over 4 timers vei fra Kristiansand.

I wonderful interior boutique Heimil at Rauland Telemark, maybe it is good that it is so far away from Kristiansand.

This lamp came home with me :-) It´s new home will be at the cabin later on. I have been looking for this one quite a while.

Denne lampen ble med hjem og skal få plass på hytta etterhvert. Jeg er veldig fornøyd for denne har jeg lett etter lenge!

Some new fabrics with rose motifs. I bought them at Kreativ Quilt in Kristiansand last week.
Hmm what to do with them ?? Tabelrunner, a new quilt or a cushion .....
