True Blue Lil Twister table runner

Scrapping True Blue/ Zen Chic for Moda and made this Lil Twister table runner.
I am always amazed how this simple design comes out, love it!

Christmas Table runner.

A new table runner for Christmas. The pattern is "Nissegjemsel" from Myquilt #3/ 2017.
I absolutely love this cute pattern.
As you can see I have tried to quilt with some of my beautiful seems on my Bernina 740, actually it is number 725.
I do love how it turned out!

New Place Mates

My new place mates using Thrue Blue by Zen Chic for Moda. 

It was supposed to be a bag but I had to go for plan B when I cut my to be bag  very wrong. Well I was happy that I could find something to make out of my misery.

 

Toalett purses

My husband needed a new toalett purse and I made these 2. He picked the larger one. The small one turned out kind of odd but I will adjust the pattern by next project.
My own design but I have been inspired by the Norwegian designer AnnaKa.

Another Tenderness flower :-)



Some pictures from our vacation trip to Skagen in Denmark. Skagen is a wonderful place were you can find peace,quiet and some fun in the city of Skagen. I love it and it is only 3-4 hours from home. You need to take a ferry though.

Another table runner.I love this technic but I do not know what it is called in english. Maybe you can help ?
This one is going to be gifted together with a pair of potholder from my last post.
I hope it will find a nice new home :-)
Still waiting for some summer here in the southern part of Norway. The northern part of Norway is very lucky and are having some very nice weather right now. Bless them!

A Stack and Whack Quilt

A new scrap Quilt is just finished. 

It is the Stack and Whack by Missouri Star Quilt Company. The fabrics are Hey Dot by Zen Chic for Moda and some black leftovers from the stash.Beautiful quilted by Anne Salvesen.
 

Veskekurven by Ryumquilt

A ny bag again :-) I love making bags! This time I have used Luster by Zen Chic/ Moda. About one half charm pack. The pattern is "Veskekurven" by Ryumquilt. I have made it a little bit larger or maybe deeper is the correct thing to say.


Here are some pictures from my walk up to Ulriken/ Bergen last weekend. It was a very steep walk up for 2 hours and then I enjoy the view for some minutes before I took another way down that was even more steep, but I made it :-) We enjoyed dinner downtown on the "Bryggen" later in the evening.
Bergen is a wonderful city when it is not raining, so we were pretty lucky with the weather.
My youngest daughter lives in Bergen and it was a lot fun visiting her there. A little mother-daughter bonding by going to the cinema on Friday to watch the "Beauty and the Beast"and of course some shopping.. Loved it !
