Jeg er vist litt i full fres i dag. Her kommer 2 toalettvesker til til prosjektet
"Søstre for Søstre".
Mønster Anna Sminkepung / AnnaKa litt forstørra. Stoffene har jeg vunnet en gang for lenge siden på klubben.
Disse har også Marit Heggernes sponset innholder til. Innholdet til hver toalettveske kommer på 260-290 kroner, så det er ikke småpenger hun har bidratt med :-)
Disse vil også bli gitt bort til Kristiansand Krisesenter på torsdag.

2 nye toalett vesker til prosjektet "Søstre for Søstre"
De blir med når vi skal overrekke Kristiansand Quilteklubbs toalett vesker på Kristiansand Krisesenter på torsdag denne uken. Vi har fylt opp alle toalettveskene med innhold.

2 new purses for the project " Søstre for Søstre" / Sisters for sisters. For women in in need living in shelters away from abuse and violence. The purses are filled up with things you need when you have fled from you home in a hurry.

Beautiful Hardanger

A wonderful weekend trip with my Husband..

Hardanger is in the western part of Norway and a very beautiful place to visit.
We stayed at the famous Ullensvang Hotel,a real treasure !
These where days to remember!

A new table runner from Fatquartershops pattern

I have made another table runner using a pattern from Fatquartershop. You can find the pattern from Youtube here.
I have used one charm pack from Kate Spain fabric collection called "In from the cold" by Moda. I realy love this range of fabric and I have one charm pack left of this range :-) Yahoo what to do, what to do ….

A new table runner

Moda/ Black little dresses. With only 2 small charm pack I managed to make this table runner.

A new quilt is finished!

Basting your quilt..

I have taken a class at Craftsy and the teacher was Camille Roskelley , so this is her idea... I think it was the Swoon class.
She teached me how bast my quilt and I must say it has helped me a lot!!
You start with you backing facing the right side down, tape it to the floor.Then put the batting on and smooth it out as good as you can. Then put your quilt on the top and find all you safety pins. Pin the 3 layer together starting from the middle.Use your hands to make it all flat all the way out to the 4 corners.

This is my first larger quilt that I have quilted myself and it was a lot of fun !!
