My Quilt Guild had the last meeting before the summer at a lovely old farm in Holum. ( Close to Mandal )
Ellen was so kind and organize this trip for our guild and she did a marvelous job.

Vaffel jern som tar 4 liter vaffelrøre pr vaffel :-)
Some very BIG waffles are made in this device..

This quilt is made by Ellen and she has very carefully quilted this quilt on her own long arm Machine.

Twister ruler

I have no time to eat, this is so much fun :-)  The fabrics are "Hearty Good Wishes"  from Moda.  I turned my Twister ruler upside down but I am good as long as I continue to do so. I was so happy when I found out the blocks will still turn into flowers !! Happy summer weekend everyone:-) 

Not much cooking !

I am trying to finish my Mystery quilt for 2013. 

It is just missing the outer boarder. 

I have signed up for Fatquartershops Mystery quilt for 2014 so I need to finish this one !! 

Flowers

Wednesday are always my sewing day but not today. It was time for some gardening and I have been shopping for some new flowers and new potteries.
There was some light rain coming down from above but I enjoyed to be outside working with my new flowers.

A new bag / OPAM May 2014

For Opam in May I have made a bag using a turquoise fabric that I a got from my dear friend Linda.
It is a Riley Blake fabric with lots of small quilt related things on. I absolutely adore this sweet fabric.

I made a small tote bag with the leftovers and I still have a small piece left.

Just a wonderful picture of a Japanese Cherry three in bloom. I came across it on my walk to our last club meeting late in april. I just had to share :-)

Block #12 in my Mystery BOM

Block #12 is finished and it is time to pull  out the finishing kit from Fatquartershop. Joho :-)

My last Swoon block

Here is my last Swoon block. 

Thank you so much to Linda who was so kind to give some of her beige fabric. 

I was short of this fabric because I did a mistake when I was cutting. 

Linda saved my last block from ending up in the bin. 

Block #10 and 11 in my Mystery BOM

I have Finished block #10 and 11. Very happy to catch up on the Bom again. 

Waiting for block  #12 to end up in my mailbox, it will be the last block in the Mysteri BOM Of 2013 from Fatquarter shop. 

Fabrics are Avalon from Moda. I have lot of leftovers and I am looking forward to play with them later on. Maybe a new bag or I think they will look good in some place mates too. 

A summer table, love it !! It is so good to finally have some sunny days :-) 

Today I try to find upside down on my Swoon project. Hmmmm what is Color 1 and what is Color 2??? I guess I need some lunch before I can continue :-)) 

A new table runner

I have made another table runner for our summer house :-) 

The fabrics are Moda / Hearty good Wishes mini charm pack.  

I bought the mini charm packs from Quiltekunst. I loved these range of fabrics.
