Another table runner

Another table runner.I love this technic but I do not know what it is called in english. Maybe you can help ?
This one is going to be gifted together with a pair of potholder from my last post.
I hope it will find a nice new home :-)
Still waiting for some summer here in the southern part of Norway. The northern part of Norway is very lucky and are having some very nice weather right now. Bless them!

I have just finished 4 pair of potholders in grey and black. Design Loftcreation.

A Stack and Whack Quilt

A new scrap Quilt is just finished. 

It is the Stack and Whack by Missouri Star Quilt Company. The fabrics are Hey Dot by Zen Chic for Moda and some black leftovers from the stash.Beautiful quilted by Anne Salvesen.
 

Veskekurven by Ryumquilt

A ny bag again :-) I love making bags! This time I have used Luster by Zen Chic/ Moda. About one half charm pack. The pattern is "Veskekurven" by Ryumquilt. I have made it a little bit larger or maybe deeper is the correct thing to say.


Here are some pictures from my walk up to Ulriken/ Bergen last weekend. It was a very steep walk up for 2 hours and then I enjoy the view for some minutes before I took another way down that was even more steep, but I made it :-) We enjoyed dinner downtown on the "Bryggen" later in the evening.
Bergen is a wonderful city when it is not raining, so we were pretty lucky with the weather.
My youngest daughter lives in Bergen and it was a lot fun visiting her there. A little mother-daughter bonding by going to the cinema on Friday to watch the "Beauty and the Beast"and of course some shopping.. Loved it !

Veskekurv a little bit larger.

A new bag for me. Pattern by RyumQuilt and the fabrics are True Blue by Zen Chic/ Moda   The bag are somewhat larger than the pattern. 

A new table runner using " The Wordsmith"

I have been inspired  by the Norwegian designer AnnaKa to make this table runner.  It might have been better with some larger contrasts but I am happy. 

I have used my favorite Moda collection so far " The Wordsmith" by Janet Clare. 

The flowers are english paper piecing that I made earlier this winter. 

New Potholders

Design Loftcreation, free pattern from years ago. Now I have small gifts for a while. I realy loved making these cute potholders !! 

2 new table runners and a lovely lunch with a dear friend..

I made 2 new table runners, one for myself and one for a lottery.
The grey one is made from a small charm pack of "Black Ink" Zen chic by Moda and the advent runner is made from scraps.

One lovely lunch with a good friend last week in Grimstad.
