We are having some wonderful days at the cabin ! 

Absolutely no sewing. 

Flotte dager på hytta. Vi koser oss i nyderlig påskevær. Ingenting å sy på men det går bra :-) 

A new table runner / OPAM Finish for March

I have made a red version of this table runner. This one is a lot of fun to make.
You can find the pattern on Craftsy and it is called " One, Two charms".
I always love to play with my red and white stash!!!

Swoon blocks # 3 , 4 and 5.

Here are my new Swoon block´s. I just got the hang of making these blocks and my goal are to use fabrics that I already have.. Ehe I might have to buy some dark blue fabrics though because the fabric I have are not the right blue.

Her er mine 3 nye Swoon blokker. Nå begynner jeg faktisk å få litt flyt når jeg syr og jeg trenger ikke sjekke mønsteret hele tiden. Jeg prøvde å sy 2 blokker på en gang men det ble bare noe surr.
Jeg prøver så godt jeg kan å bruke stoffer fra lageret mitt men mørke blått er mangelvare.
Til helga er det Norsk Quilteforbunds Årsmøte i Kristiansand/ Sørlandsparken. Det gleder jeg meg veldig til!
Jeg skal bo på hotellet i 2 netter, så jeg håper å se noen av dere bloggere der :-)

Swoon block # 2

These Swoon blocks are kind of addictive :-)

My very first Swoon block :-)

Here is my very first Swoon block.. Designer Camille Roskelley.
Swoon has been on my plan for a while and I have prepared myself by watching Camille Roskelley Craftsy class for Swoon.
You can find the link to her classes here. I thought that I also bought here pattern for Swoon when I purchased her class but it turned not so. I bought the PDF pattern at Fatquarter shop and if you have a account at Fatquarter shop then you can download the pattern unlimited, very convenient :-)
I am so into blue and cold beige for the moment it almost scares me. I might brighten up this Swoon quilt by putting in some soft pink and rose fabric. What do you think ?
How many block have I planed to make, ehh I do not know. I am just enjoying myself.

For the first time in over 2 month´s we have had some sunshine today. Yeah…
I had a lovely walk in the " Baneheia" with my sweet friend Linda. Thank you Linda for being patient with me :-)

Block # 8 and 9 for the Designer Mystery quilt is done too.
I am now waiting for block # 10to arrive, yohoooo I have catched up !

My version of The Fancy quilt / Modabakeshop

I have just finished a new quilt using my "Indigo Crossing" fabric. I just love these blue fabrics !
I have used 1 jellyroll together with some Bella Solid White.
The quilt was a lot of piecing but i had a great time making it :-)

The designer are Live.love.sew.

The amazing quilting is done by Quilt´n in Arendal. Anne did some great customquilting on this quilt. I loved it :-)

I hope you all are having fun out there.. I have been busy traveling back and forth to Hvaler/Østfold this weekend.
There was absolutely no snow there !! Wonderful...
So there has been now sewing this weekend:-) My husband just left of to Australia today and he will be away for a week, so maybe I will find some time to myself before he returns.

Raisin Buns are a tradition in Norway the weekend before lent. Do you have the same tradition ?
